this is a replacement for the ltmodem driver.

...installs /usr/sbin/martian_modem, extra/martian_dev.ko.
...there is also user-mode pkg.

I have edited the Makefile, so don't run configure.
...you can manually update KERNEL_VER and KERNEL_DIR if req'd.
